Case Study Method

In this blog, I will explore leadership concepts that can be, at times, abstract. Therefore, I will be using three case studies to provide concrete examples of these concepts in action. These organizations include the Speech & Debate Team, Consult For America, and the Judo Club. I’ve chosen these precise organizations because they each have unique aims and member compositions. Each required a tailored strategy for recruiting, advancement of primary goals, and exit procedures. The goal of this blog is to show you how I took these organizations from zeroes to heroes, and how you can take the same skills and apply them to your organizations.
